The NewDEL™ VIS (Visible) fibre-coupled LED series consists of eight narrowband sources featuring centre wavelengths spanning from 425-680 nm (see table below). This selection includes phosphor-coated green and amber LEDs, strategically addressing the challenge of the "green gap" – the absence of a high-efficiency semiconductor materials system for the green-yellow spectral region.

 

The modular structure of the NewDEL fibre-coupled LED allows for the provision of additional wavelengths beyond the standard models. As with all ranges, if the desired wavelength is not listed, please feel free to get in touch with us.

 

Applications

Antimicrobial blue light (aBL) therapy, fluorescence guided surgery, fluorescence imaging, optogenetics, photobiomodulation, photocatalysis, photodynamic therapy (PDT).
