AP Technologies is pleased to announce that Sensor Electronic Technology, Inc. (SETi) have released a new generation of high output UVC LEDs.
The new product, called S-S35D-F2-275-01-3-180, is an addition to SETI's SMD family intended to meet the needs of customers seeking high power from a small footprint. The new product has an output centred at 275nm and delivers 30mW of optical power at 350mA, 15mW at 150mA and 10mA at 100mA.
With a low cost of ownership, it has been developed for water sterilisation, medical, analytical instrumentation and biochemical analysis.
Customer‐Driven Development
The new LED is complimentary to other SMD products footprint offered by SETi. In addition the package has been redesigned with lower thermal resistance to accommodate the higher operating powers of this new device.
